Delivering our mission since 1989
The Children’s Council serves Lancaster County and surrounding areas through prevention-based programs that concentrate on early childhood education, positive youth development, and minimizing risky youth behaviors. We operate with a passion to deliver programming and curriculum to promote the lifelong well-being of youth and families.
