The Children’s Council serves Lancaster County, SC through prevention-based programs that concentrate on early childhood education, positive youth development, and minimizing risky youth behaviors. We operate with a passion to deliver evidence-based programming and curriculum to promote the lifelong well-being of local youth and families.
